๐ธ For just $15, secure your private shopping session. All sessions include unlimited treats for your pets. Price is per session, not per pet.
Private sessions are not refundable if you miss the session. Cancel with 48+ hours notice. Slots available Monday-Friday at 9:30am and Monday-Thursday at 6pm.
Please let us know of additional restrictions your pet might have after choosing your time slot. Examples: no music, only female staff, etc.

Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping. Shipping on dry goods will commence soon for customers in the Lower Mainland (West Vancouver to Abbotsford).
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receiving the item for an exchange or full refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received the item in-store and processed the returned item.
