Ingredients: green/red leaf lettuce, bok choi, organic kale, parsley.
Low in starch and sugar, anti-itch, anti-yeast. Source of antioxidants, vitamins A, B12, C and K. Rich in iron and magnesium.
Handling: defrost frozen food overnight in fridge. Serve on ceramic, glass or stainless steel plates. Use defrosted portion within 48 hours.

We currently do not offer shipping. Shipping on dry goods will commence soon for customers in the Lower Mainland (West Vancouver to Abbotsford).
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receiving the item for an exchange or full refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received the item in-store and processed the returned item.
